Billing
Payments and invoices
How money moves: what we bill, what goes straight to an advertising platform, and when each is charged.
Online payment is not enabled on this site yet
No payment processor is connected, so there is nowhere here to enter card details — and we will not build a form that looks like one. Invoices are issued directly with payment instructions on them. If you need a copy of an invoice or a balance, ask below and a person will send it.
How billing works
Three separate things, never merged
Setup fees
One-time, charged at the start of an engagement, covering build work. Listed on each service page and on your order summary.
Recurring management
Our monthly or prepaid-term fee for running the service. Prepaid terms are charged once for the whole period.
Ad spend and usage
Money paid to Google, Meta, a geo-fencing network or a telephony provider. It is not ours, is billed at cost or paid directly by you, and is never included in a management fee.
Detail
What to expect on a statement
- An itemised invoice naming the service, the term and the period covered
- Setup fees shown as a separate line from recurring fees
- Platform lead charges, such as Local Service Ads leads, shown separately and billed by Google to you
- Communication usage such as call minutes and SMS segments itemised where it applies
- No automatic upgrades and no charges for anything not on your written order summary
Cancellation and refunds
Notice periods and refund handling are stated in your written order summary and in our return policy. Prepaid terms and completed one-time build work are treated differently from month-to-month management; we spell out which applies before you commit.
Billing questions
Invoice copies, balances and changes
Ask for a copy of an invoice, a change of billing contact, or a change of term. Include your business name so we can find the account.
