Return and refund policy
Some refund terms are still being finalised
Setup fees
Setup fees pay for work performed at the start of an engagement: profile construction, account builds, campaign configuration, knowledge-base development and integration. Once that work has begun, setup fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel before work starts, the setup fee is refunded in full.
Monthly management services
Month-to-month managed services can be cancelled with the notice stated in your order summary. Service continues to the end of the paid month and is not pro-rated after that month has begun, because the work for that cycle has been scheduled and largely performed.
Prepaid terms
Quarterly, six-month and annual terms are discounted in exchange for commitment to the period. They are not refunded pro rata on early cancellation by default. Where we cannot deliver the service — for example, a platform withdraws eligibility through no fault of yours — we credit or refund the undelivered portion.
Website and digital card builds
One-time build fees cover design and development work. Before a build begins, the fee is refundable. Once design work has started it is refundable in part, in proportion to work not yet performed. After launch, the build fee is not refundable; the recurring hosting, security and support fee can be cancelled going forward with notice.
Advertising spend and platform charges
Money paid to Google, Meta, a geo-fencing network or a telephony provider is not ours to refund. Unspent advertising budget held in your own platform account remains yours. Lead charges billed by Google for Local Service Ads are disputed through Google’s own process; we will help you raise a dispute but cannot decide it.
Software subscriptions and trials
Whether a trial is offered, its length, and how a partial subscription month is treated are confirmed in your order summary. We will not advertise a trial length or a money-back window on this page until it is a published, honoured policy.
If something has gone wrong
Before a refund conversation, tell us what is not working. Most issues are a configuration problem we can fix in days. If we genuinely cannot deliver what was agreed, we will say so and settle it fairly.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Send the request in writing through the contact page or to the billing contact on your invoice, including your business name and the service concerned. We acknowledge requests and confirm the outcome in writing. General terms are in our terms of service.
